These Terms of use set out the conditions governing browsing of the Site and the use of its content. Accessing the Site confers user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Site.

Correct use of the site

Users undertake to use the Site and its content diligently, lawfully and in good faith. In particular, they undertake to:

Enquiries and expert engagements

The Site's form is used to request a feasibility assessment and a quotation. Submitting it does not constitute a professional engagement and does not create any contractual relationship.

The expert engagement is formed upon written acceptance of the engagement letter and quotation, which set out the subject matter, scope, timeline and price.
Reports are the work of their author, Pedro Mulero Sánchez, court-appointed expert, who issues and signs them in his own name and issues the corresponding invoice. Their content is independent and is not conditioned by the interests of the party commissioning the work.
Case file documentation is not requested through the Site: it is delivered through the channel agreed when the engagement letter is accepted.
The client is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the documentation provided, including any third-party personal data it contains.

Nature of the content

The content of the Site is informational and does not constitute legal advice or an expert report. The outcome of an expert appraisal depends on the documentation provided and on the actual examination of the vehicle or case file, and cannot be anticipated from the information published here.

Intellectual and industrial property

«Perito Camión» is a trade mark owned by Tarraco App Lab, S.L.U. The original content of the Site (texts, trade marks, logos, images, design, source code and other resources) is owned by Tarraco App Lab, S.L.U. or by third parties who have authorised its use. All rights are reserved. Reproduction, transformation, distribution or public communication of such content is not permitted without the owner's prior written authorisation, except for uses permitted by law. Expert reports are the work of their author, who retains the rights recognised to him by intellectual property legislation.
